When a scholarship is announced in Pathways The Newsletter (published monthly, distributed through 12th grade AP English classes, also posted on this site at http://cyberguidance.net/news.htm), you may request a copy of the scholarship by completing this form. The copy will be ready within 3 days of this request.
Indicate the name(s) of the scholarships that you are requesting below. NOTE: Please do not request a scholarship that has not yet been announced in Pathways. For example, the scholarships in the yellow booklet that was distributed in 12th grade classes will not be available until they are announced in Pathways.
