Visit Colleges' Web Sites
College catalogs are almost obsolete. By visiting the college web site, you can get:
- information on courses offered within your intended major,
- learn of requirements for degrees,
- search for students at the college who are enrolled in your intended major and email them with questions,
- learn of housing options,
- read the campus newspaper (and unofficial newspapers),
- read about scholarships available to you,
- apply on-line for admission,
- find contact phone numbers or email addresses such as admissions, financial aid, or housing,
