Bob Turba has served as the Chairman of Guidance Services at Stanton College Preparatory School, a public magnet school in Jacksonville, FL., for the past twenty-eight years. Previous to that, he was a Guidance Counselor at Wantagh High School on Long Island, NY for eleven years. Professional activities include: the College Board as the state representative to the Southern Region from Florida; the Technology Chairman on a University of North Florida Counselor Education Department grant writing team – Transforming School Counseling Initiative, and Chair of the NACAC Marketing and Technology Committee. Presentations include: the College Board Summer Institutes, CEEB SACAC, and NACAC regional and national conferences, and other state and national conferences. His Cyber Guidance web site is at http://cyberguidance.net/ . Bob holds a B.A. from Duquesne University, and a M. Ed. from the University of Pittsburgh, and has completed courses towards an Ed. D. in Educational Leadership.
